The unlikely event the Forum is canceled or rescheduled. If the Forum is rescheduled, registrants will have the option to either transfer their registration to the new dates or cancel their registration and obtain a full refund.
If the registrant is denied a visa to visit Poland and can provide supporting documentation of their visa application process and denial.
